New to this Salon. Appointment time at 10:30 with no wait. Kyle completed a gel manicure which was relaxing and completed to perfection. He chose the perfect sheer pink color for me! Kim also did not disappoint with a very nice pedicure. The manager Laura, introduced herself and checked to make sure I was satisfied with the services. The staff here is friendly, skilled and prides themselves on putting the client and customer service first. Thank you Kyle, Kim and Laura for a wonderful and relaxing experience!!!

I am super picky and this place exceeded my expectations !! Kinni is the best ever. He made my nails so pretty flat and even. They took good care of me, and they were also funny which is a plus. Thank you to Kinni for an awesome experience !

This is my second time getting my nails done here! My appointment was with Rosa and she is just so sweet! She took her time to work hard on my nails making sure the outcome was what I wanted from the Pinterest photo I showed her! Laura, the manager, is also lovely! I will be a returning customer!!

This was my first visit, and I was assisted by Rose. Unfortunately, she was very pushy about adding additional services and repeatedly tried to “upgrade” my selections. She also gave me a disapproving look when I chose regular polish instead of gel. My card was charged before I was even told the total, and when I asked for a receipt with the services listed, Rose seemed unwilling to provide one—Laura had to step in and ensure I received it. Based on the receipt, I believe I was charged an extra $9 without explanation. Additionally, the credit-card fee is advertised as 3%, but Rose stated it would be $5.00, so please be aware of that discrepancy. Here is what I was charged: • Basic pedicure: $35 • Acrylic full set with gel: $55 • “Nails upgrade”: $5 • Another “nails upgrade”: $4 I would be willing to update my review if someone can clarify these charges. I may consider returning in the future but would request a different technician. UPDATE: I am updating my review specifically because of Laura. She reached out to me, resolved the issue, and provided a refund, charging me only for my full set. I do wish I had received an apology from Rose, but I appreciate Laura taking responsibility and making things right. I’ve heard great things about the other technicians, so I do plan on returning to this business. Laura is wonderful and truly made me feel better about the entire situation.
